Returns
General return information
- You have 14 days after receiving the items to return them to us.
- Please note that the return process may take up to 10 days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). The refund will be made in the same way like the order was placed.
- For returns where our return labels are used, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of 2.90 EUR. This amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Please note that you can only create one return label per order via our returns portal.
German customers
- Visit our returns portal.
- Enter your email address or, alternatively, your order number and postcode of the delivery address to access your order in the returns portal.
- Select the items you wish to return and specify a reason for the return.
- You will then receive a returns label to print out or a QR code for paperless returns.
- Pack the items carefully and prepare the parcel for shipping.
- Drop off the parcel at a DHL collection point – with the label or QR code.
- Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive your refund.
Austrian customers
- Visit our returns portal
- Enter your email address or, alternatively, your order number and postcode of the delivery address to access your order in the returns portal.
- Select the items you wish to return and specify a reason for the return.
- You will then receive a return label to print out.
- Pack the items carefully and prepare the parcel for shipping.
- Drop off the parcel at a Post AT collection point.
- Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive your refund.
